Our Story begins when our father Martin Schmid emigrated from Germany to the United States in the early 1960’s. He soon began providing carpentry and remodeling services to builders and residents in Mahopac and surrounding areas. He brought with him from Germany a strong work ethic and an unwavering attention to detail. Marty believed if something is to be done it should be done right!

And those values are something that he has passed on to us. As soon as we could swing a hammer we began working along side our father and continued learning from him throughout the years. Although we no longer have our father with us we have his legacy and we are pleased to be providing the same level of service to our customers that he would expect.
